Seven storey cast-in-place concrete mixed-use project incorporating a large section of existing heritage exterior facade. This project is strategically located at the previous home of the Canadian Customs House on the Victoria Inner Harbour. Three levels of underground parking including 93 vehicle stalls, 10 bicycle stalls, 24 bicycle racks and mechanical rooms. Above grade includes ground floor entrance lobbies and commercial retail units with 57 strata titled residential living units above, serviced by four elevators. The design intent of the project is to embrace the existing heritage interest within the overall project. The exterior cladding will include the revitalized existing stone heritage walls and introduce new limestone cladding for the de novo exterior portion.
